Newborn -> fits 0-3 months
One-size-> one size fits most, 3+ months to toddler, big kids and most adults

All headwraps will come to you pre-tied but they are adjustable and you will be able to untie and re-tie in less than 2 minutes.

We recommend spot clean only. Use a small amount of dish soap and warm water and lay flat to dry.
